How To Fix E: Could Not Get Lock /var/lib/apt/dpkg/lock

this time I will share knowledge on how to fix the folder directory/var/lib/apt/ dpkg/lock/the error.go see below

A.Understanding 

This error is an error caused by the/var/lib/apt/lists/her lock that is not available while want to install an application or program

B.Background
with more and more developers, it is not possible a program or application or even the operating system has flaws or mistakes a sustem. also when a system error or damaged in the program, then we as users who use the program or the application or the operating system as much as possible we try to correct or improve a program or application or the operating system

C.Goal
Her goal is that we can fix or get around as much as possible if a sudden unexpected error occurs

D.Time required
Here is my take about 10-15minutes

E.Stages of implementation

type "sudo -i"

then, type "rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock"

if so, please you update or upgrade your operating system and reinstall a program or application you last
